Overview
ALS Tape supplies 3M adhesive transfer tapes matched to application requirements across six adhesive families. Each family is engineered for a distinct combination of substrate, temperature, and performance requirement. Optically clear formulations (2000MP series) bond ITO layers and display components with ITO-compatible adhesive rated from -40°F to 350°F (-40°C to 177°C). Flame-retardant grades (300FR) meet UL requirements for automotive and electronics enclosures. Ultra-high-temperature formulations (100HT, 9082/9085) withstand up to 550°F (288°C) for demanding industrial and aerospace environments. Low-outgassing grades (290 series, 501FL/502FL) meet NASA low-volatility specifications for cleanroom and aerospace assembly. Low-surface-energy formulations (300LSE, 9471LE/9472LE) bond to powder coatings, LSE plastics, and oily substrates. High-performance industrial grades (200MP, 467MP/468MP) are the industry standard for graphic attachment, metal fabrication, and rotary die-cutting. ALS Tape supports slitting, lamination, and rotary die-cutting of transfer tape into production-ready formats.

Key Features
Optically Clear (2000MP) — ITO-compatible optically clear acrylic. Temperature range: -40°F to 350°F (-40°C to 177°C). For touchscreen lamination and display component bonding.
Ultra High Temperature (100HT, 9082/9085) — Withstands up to 550°F (288°C). For high-temp processing environments and aerospace industrial joining.
Flame Retardant (300FR, 9372W/9375W) — UL-listed flame-retardant transfer tape for electronics and automotive interior applications where fire rating is required.
Low Outgassing (290 series, 501FL/502FL) — Ultra-clean acrylic for contamination-sensitive environments. Meets NASA low-volatility specs. Used in flex circuit attachment and aerospace assembly.
Low Surface Energy (300LSE, 9471LE/9472LE) — Bonds powder coatings, LSE plastics, and oily surfaces. For automotive exterior and mixed-material assemblies where surface prep is impractical.
High Performance Industrial (200MP, 467MP/468MP) — Industry-standard laminating adhesive for graphic attachment, metal fabrication, and rotary die-cut parts. UL-listed.
