Overview

ALS Tape provides medical-grade film extrusion performed within a controlled cleanroom environment, producing flexible, resilient, and transparent films for healthcare and specialty applications. Film properties including tensile strength, barrier performance, and weight can be customized to match specific application requirements. Supported end uses include wound care films, medical packaging, wearable device substrates, and consumer health products. In-line processing capabilities include slitting and lamination, enabling finished film constructions to be produced without leaving the controlled environment. Co-extrusion and meltblown filter media extrusion capabilities are in active development. The service supports startup-scale quantities through high-volume production runs.
