Overview
ALS Tape provides precision slitting and rewinding services for adhesive tapes, films, foams, and specialty materials. Master rolls up to 63 inches wide can be slit to widths as narrow as 1/10 inch, with dimensional tolerance of ±0.004 inch maintained through tension-controlled rewinding. Available core sizes are 1-inch, 1.5-inch, and 3-inch to match line-side handling requirements. Spooling creates seamless extra-long reels spanning hundreds to thousands of feet, precision-cut for smooth liner removal, and suited to automated dispensing and extrusion-line applications. Materials processed include transfer tapes, polyimide films, foams, protection films, tissue, UPVC, polypropylene, and PTFE.
