Overview
ALS Tape supplies double sided tapes for electronics display assembly, industrial lamination, and adhesive part fabrication. In display and touch panel manufacturing, these tapes fix ITO conductive layers, bond LCD and backlight unit (BLU) optical films, and laminate reflection and diffusion sheets into display stacks. Ultra-thin constructions (as thin as 5μm total thickness, TF05) are available for smartphone film assembly where stack height is tightly controlled. Shielding tape formats use a black opaque carrier (Black & Black or White & Black) that blocks light leakage at 99.9% efficiency and provides EMI management for display module assemblies. Differential adhesion types deliver high adhesion on one face and low adhesion on the liner side, enabling clean rework and easy repositioning in precision display workflows. For general industrial and construction use, nonwoven, tissue, and film constructions are available for mounting, lamination, and die-cut converted adhesive parts.
