Solution Overview
ALS Tape supplies 3M optical and display films for electronics manufacturers, system integrators, and display assembly operations. The product range covers three performance categories. Display Protection Films include glossy, low-reflection, anti-reflection, and anti-glare variants — all with Scotchgard™ surface treatment for chemical and disinfectant resistance, used to extend display service life in rugged, medical, and commercial deployments. Light Control Films use 3M microlouver technology to restrict viewing angles, prevent nighttime reflections in automotive glass, and improve display contrast — including the ALCF-P and LCF series for LCD privacy and the ALCF-A2 series for automotive mirror applications. Brightness Enhancement Films recycle backlight energy to improve display brightness or reduce LED power consumption — covering BEF prismatic film, DBEF reflective polarizer, ESR high-reflectance polymer reflector, and UT uniformity tape for edge-lit LED systems. ALS Tape can supply these films in roll format and provide converting services including precision slitting and die-cutting to production-ready widths and shapes.
