Overview
ALS Tape supplies vinyl (PVC) surface protective film tape for protecting metal plates, stainless steel, aluminum, and other substrates from scratches and dirt during transportation, storage, and processing. The range covers five series matched to protection level and process requirement: SPV-201SR/2001SR (standard light-duty for transportation and light processing), SPV-224R/214R (outstanding weatherability with special acrylic adhesive for outdoor storage and prolonged processing protection), SPV-202R (heavy-duty with high adhesive strength and oil resistance for milling, deep drawing, and roll forming on polished steel and aluminum), SPV-205R (high-level surface protection for weather-sensitive applications), and ELEP Masking N-380R (PCB protection against spray and hot vapors during plating). All grades use natural rubber or special acrylic adhesives for stable adhesion and smooth, residue-minimizing peeling. Modern series comply with RoHS2 regulations.

Smooth Peeling and Low Residue — Natural rubber and special acrylic adhesive systems deliver stable adhesion during use and clean, smooth removal without surface contamination.
