Solution Overview
ALS Tape supplies functional and insulation films for electronics manufacturing, EV battery assembly, and display component production. Polyimide film (Kapton-type) offers outstanding thermal stability for applications that require continuous operation at elevated temperatures — commonly used in PCB flexible circuits, motor winding insulation, and EV battery cell wrapping where Class H or Class C electrical insulation is required. PET-based insulation films are used for transformer windings, electronics packaging, and general dielectric insulation at moderate temperature budgets. For display applications, functional films support optical lamination, light management, and protection of sensitive display stacks. All film materials can be slit to custom widths and die-cut into application-specific shapes including motor slot liners, battery wrap strips, insulation patches, and precision electronics assembly components.
