Overview

ALS Tape supplies PET protection films across three performance categories suited to electronics, display, optical, and general industrial surface protection. Silicone adhesive films (S-330, AS7101L, S-34L) offer excellent wettability, bubble-free attachment, and can be repeatedly applied and removed without residue — the S-330 grade uses a high-stability silicone formulation to minimize adhesive transfer on sensitive optical surfaces. The AS7101L grade adds antistatic capability with surface resistance at 10⁹–10¹¹ Ω for static-sensitive electronics handling. Acrylic adhesive films (A-501W, A-3541, A-3817) deliver stronger initial adhesion at a competitive cost, with the A-501W grade using a modified urethane adhesive for excellent chemical and water resistance with low adhesive transfer. Special optical function films (S-AG3302, S-AG3304, S-AG3307) apply anti-glare coating on a PET 100μm base and are available at 2%, 4%, and 7% haze levels for mobile screen, monitor, and display protective film applications. A self-recovery protective film (RF100) with a 20μm hard coat over 100μm PET can self-repair light everyday scratches and provides water-repellent performance, offering an alternative to conventional hard-coating films for flexible display surface protection. ALS Tape can supply these films in slit roll and converted formats.

Key Features

Silicone Adhesive (Repositionable) — Bubble-free attachment with excellent wettability. Can be applied and removed multiple times without residue. S-330 uses high-stability silicone to minimize transfer on optical surfaces.

Antistatic Option (AS7101L) — Silicone adhesive film with surface resistance of 10⁹–10¹¹ Ω for static-sensitive electronics and display component handling.

Acrylic Adhesive (Chemical Resistant) — Stronger initial adhesion with competitive cost. A-501W modified urethane adhesive offers chemical and water resistance with low adhesive transfer.

Anti-Glare Coating (S-AG series) — 2% / 4% / 7% haze levels on PET 100μm base. Applicable to mobile screens, PC monitors, and industrial HMI displays as protective film.

Self-Recovery Film (RF100) — 20μm hard coat on 100μm PET base. Light surface scratches from everyday contact self-repair. Water-repellent surface. Alternative to conventional hard coating for flexible display applications.

Slit and Converted Formats — Available in custom slit rolls and cut-to-shape converted protection film formats for production use.
